Refund policy

General Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, if the item is not damaged, you will be charged a return or exchange fee. For general returns, the item must be:

New

Uninstalled and/or unassembled

Unused and without missing parts

With original tags and packaging.

Please note that the 30-day return policy is based on the delivery time of each item as shown on the carrier's website, not the delivery time of the entire order. If your return is marked as having been delivered for more than 30 days, we will not process it.

Restocking Fees

If you experience any quality issues, our customer service team will assist you with a hassle-free return or exchange.

However, for non-defective returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and restocking fees will apply.

Non-returnable items:

Clearance items.

Customized items.

Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.

Items without original packaging (including severely damaged packaging)

Please note that any unauthorized returns will not be refunded and will be rejected upon arrival at our returns center.

How do I return an item?

Please email blinkgooblinkshop1@gmail.com and provide your order number, reason for return, photos or videos of the item packaging, and the specific item after you opened the box.

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will contact you directly within 24-48 hours.

To process your return, our team may require photos or videos clearly depicting the issue. These are required for any damaged or defective items.

If your order is eligible for a return, we will inform you of any issues related to the return process and any shipping costs that may be incurred.

Next, we will coordinate with you and our shipping carrier to arrange pickup.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 48 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to be credited.

Damaged Items

We strive to ensure the safe delivery of every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

Please report the damage to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not discard damaged items or their packaging.

Once we confirm the damage, we will work with you to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair, as appropriate.

Missing Items or Parts

Has your order not arrived yet?

We ship from multiple warehouses, and some items may arrive at different times. If you have not received all your items, please check your tracking information.

Missing Item Report

Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours with your order details and photos of the items you received. We will arrange a reshipment or refund, as needed.

Is your item missing a part?

If any parts are missing, please check the parts list and inspect all shipping boxes before contacting us.

A description of the missing parts and quantity

A clear photo or video of the item you received
