Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time between a customer placing an order and the seller handing it over to the shipping service.

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation/payment. Weekend orders may be delayed.

Our warehouse operates only during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to minimize shipping delays.

Couriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx

Total Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

Shipping Locations

We only ship within the United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Armed Forces addresses).

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (the tracking number will be available within 24 hours). Please note: Tracking may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Exceeded Delivery Time

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at blinkgooblinkshop1@gmail.com and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order. If you have paid but your package has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order before it arrives and we will refund the full amount.

Once your package has shipped, your order cannot be canceled.

About Customs

In rare cases, your government (not our website) may impose customs fees on your order, which you will be responsible for. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding customs, duties, or tariffs.

About Sales Tax

We currently do not charge sales tax on orders.
